T Sean Harvey
Sean Harvey is a founder and the Non Executive Chairman of Sarama Resources Ltd. Sean is currently Non Executive Chairman of Andina Minerals Inc., Victoria Gold Corporation and Serabi Mining and a Non Executive Director of Perseus Mining Limited and Allied Gold. Sean was President and CEO of TVX Gold at the time of its sale to Kinross Gold Corporation in 2003 and, subsequent to that, was President and CEO of Atlantico Gold, a private company involved in the development of the Amapari Project in Brazil, that was sold to Wheaton River Minerals Ltd (now Goldcorp Inc.). He was also President and CEO of Orvana Minerals Corp. from 2005 to 2006.

Andrew Dinning
Andrew Dinning is a founder and the President and CEO of Sarama Resources Ltd. He has over 20 years experience in the international mining arena having worked in the Democratic Republic of Congo, West Africa, UK, Russia and Australia. Andrew has extensive mine management, operations and capital markets experience and has spent most of his career in the gold sector. He was a Director, President and Chief Operating Officer of DRC based Moto Goldmines Ltd from 2005 to 2009. Andrew oversaw the company's flagship Moto Gold Project (now Kibali Gold) develop from 4 million ounces of gold to +22 million ounces of gold and took the project from exploration to pre-development before Moto Goldmines was purchased by Randgold Resources and AngloGold Ashanti in October 2009.

L Simon Jackson
Simon Jackson is a founder, shareholder and Non Executive Director of Sarama Resources Ltd. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years gold industry experience in Australia and Africa.
Simon is the President and CEO of Orca Gold Inc., an African gold exploration company. He was until recently the President of Sirocco Mining Inc., an Iodine producer in Chile. Prior to this he was the Vice President Corporate Development and formerly the Chief Financial Officer for Red Back Mining Inc prior to its takeover by Kinross Gold Corporation in September 2010. He was an integral part of the senior management team that saw Red Back's market capitalisation grow from C$40 million in 2004 upon listing on TSX to over C$8 billion on takeover. While at Red Back, he oversaw the financing, development and construction of the company's mines in Ghana and Mauritania which produce over 300,000 ounces of gold per year.
Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. |

William S Turner
Bill Turner is a Non-Executive Director and shareholder of Sarama Resources Ltd. Bill has worked internationally at a senior level in Africa, the Middle East, the Former Soviet Union and Southeast Asia for more than 30 years. He has been involved at all levels from grass-roots exploration through to mine development and metal production. In 2011 he retired from the position of President and CEO of Anvil Mining Limited, a position he had held since 2004.
Bill has overseen the building of three copper mines in the Democratic Republic of Congo and the development of a strong corporate focus on social responsibility issues.
Bill holds an MBA, a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science (Geology & Mineralogy). He is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Chairman of White Star Resources Ltd and Chairman of the Australia-Africa Mining Industry Group. |
